Whenever I think of running near a lake, all I can picture are the mosquitos. Be careful!

B - melon, coffee, 2 hard-boiled eggs

S - Banana

S - orange

Lunch - Salmon, mixed veggies, yams

S - Orange

Dinner - Just placed an order for my groceries. I'm going to have to wing-it for dinner until they arrive. Maybe I'll run to the store and pick up a few items that I can use for dinner until my groceries arrive.

Snacks: veggies & dip, yogurt, a small amount of kettle corn.

it's a good idea to get your outside run in today - it's going to get hotter and more humid later this week. i wish i could go for a run outside today. i have to teach cardio kickboxing tonight instead. during lunch, i'm going to do lower body weights (still babying the lat) and a steep uphill walk on the treadmill.

food-

fresh bakery granola, soy milk, coffee

amy's black eyed pea and brown rice meal (yes, still haven't eaten it - got tempted by a wrap last friday when i went to buy my smoothie), smoothie

salad, luna bar

broccoli rabe and meatless meatballs (still haven't eaten this either!) in pasta sauce, grapefruit

Yay, I did it! It's 4.65 miles around but I got off the trail at the end and ended up doing .3-.4 miles instead of .1 mile.

I have to be super-good this week, cuz I'm going to Rochester this coming weekend for my sister's graduation, which means good food out with my parents, and most likely several nights that involve alcohol. Fortunately, I'm not the drinker I used to be, so I'm not terribly worried.

I went and registered for my first personal training session this morning, at school! I haven't scheduled the appointment yet- the trainer will call me and do that his/herself, hopefully before next week. The first session is actually just a bunch of stuff to see how fit I am all around. But I put on the form that I want to focus on strength training- and when I speak to him/her, I will make my goals clear. I was told that they will work with you on anything you want. So hopefully, that will be happening soon.

I'm going to do some yoga right now, before I go babysit this afternoon. Then, if the weather is nice, I might go for a jog later this evening.

Congrats on booking a PT! Be sure to speak up if you're not comfortable with him/her.

Mother's day was great! I got spoiled. I got a sewing machine that I don't know how to use, but plan on figuring it out this summer. I also got some maternity clothes, and some not maternity but drawstring shorts. I think dh is ordering me a maternity swimsuit too. They took me out to Chinese for lunch, what else could I ask for.

I have to teach fitness kickboxing tonight, but I am skipping tkd to go out with dh for our anniversary. I did work on forms in the back yard this morning, and will probably do it again later.

food:
honeynut cheerios
eggwhite salad on ww. Strawberries
doritos :p
Red lobster (lots of those cheddar biscuits, yummy!)
