What are your short term goals this week?

How I did this week:

1)go to the gym to do weight bearing cardio x 2

--did it

2)swim x 2

--did it

3)tkd x 3, teach aerobics x 2

--didn't do it, did it

4)weights x 2

--only made it once

5)yoga x 1 (thinking about getting a video for pregos)

--did yoga, still need to go to the prego consignment shop to look for yoga video

6)start waking up earlier so that I can get in more workout time (I've been lazy throughout finals and stuff)

--did the opposite, especially today. Urgh!

7)3 bottles of water (not a lot for most people, but I get seriously sick if I drink too much)

--did it, the heat really helped make me drink more than 3 bottles

8) REALLY, really try to get down the prenatals without gagging it back up.

--did it :)

I guess I did alright this week.
