Since adding running and swimming, I'm having trouble fitting in everything I want.

I'm doing a 2 mile speed run this morning and then training DH and myself. I think I'm going to wear the new running shoes I bought and see what happens. I'm also going to wear my mp3 player. I generally do not think running outside with headphones is safe, but since there are two of us, I think it'll be okay.

I FINALLY got some sleep last night. I went by the homeopathic store last night on my way home to get this allergy stuff that worked really well before, but they were out. The owner suggested another product that is made specifically for the allergens in our area and it worked beautifully. (A sidenote....I've visited multiple homeopathic/vitamin stores and people that work there are always so helpful!)

I've got my elderly couple today for in-home training and that's all I have scheduled. I have a few errands that need to be run so I may do that.

Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: salad, lentil burger, dried strawberries (DH bought a food dehydrator and I came home yesterday to find that he had dried all my fruit)

Snack/Dinner: will have to update as I have no idea...

Jean & Jen, I don't know how long I've been running around with this hat on.

Just did some yoga. I have to babysit from 12-6, and they've shut the water off until 3pm, so I had to shower early this morning, which means, no strenuous exercise until I come back from babysitting- don't want to be all smelly. My best friend and I are going on a quick walk this evening when I get out of babysitting (the mom might come home later than 6), and end in time to watch American Idol :) Yes, I'm still a slave to that show, but it's almost done! During Idol, I will do arm weights and abs, etc.

Food

Breakfast: 2 eggs and some cottage cheese

Lunch: tuna salad on spinach w/ grape tomatoes, hummus and soy pita(packing lunch sucks)

Dinner: Not sure, as I'm not sure when I'll be eating dinner

I will throw a balance bar into my bag for later just in case.

I had a sweaty feverish night last night, but feel a bit better now. Today I would like to go buy some more Dr. Hauschka's Cleansing Cream, because it's the only product that has been keeping my face from breaking out into huge red moon craters. Blech. Tonight I teach piano and then step.

Breakfast: bagel sammich, orange flavoured water
Lunch: roasted veggies, Amy's veggie loaf meal
Dinner: I would like some takeout pad thai
Snacks: veggies & dip, fruit, chicken/alpine lace rollups

I've read and have had people tell me that it helps to eat local honey.

It's a glitch in the system, I think.

Yep, we do that too. We put local honey in our tea every morning. The allergies here have been off the charts because we had a ridiculously rainy season and there's a LOT more blooming here than usual.

The allergy stuff seemed to work pretty well. My 2 mile run went well this morning! I did it in 23:58, which is faster than my last training run. I had my tunes this morning and that was a nice little boost. Noticed my heart rate was super high though, which was strange. But, even though it was high (around 190), I didn't feel like I needed to stop so I just kept going.
