Allergies are really bad here, too. I know people who are running indoors because of them.
Sounds like you're doing great on the time.
As far as eating goes...
Breakfast: 2 eggo nutrigrain waffles/ sugar free syrup
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: South Beach Whole Grain Pizza
Snack: Apple and string cheese
Dinner: Pork chops, salad, and couscous
Snack: Protein shake
I haven't tried it yet, but a friend of mine swears by it. We'll see.

I'm working this ab boot camp into the sports conditioning class I teach for next week.
I'm the same way Jean. I want to do so much because it is outdoor season, but at the same time I don't want to give up the stuff I was already doing.
Today I swam a mile and then jogged a mile.
Food:
honeynut cheerios
salad, pizza
tuna casserole
fruit all day

Lunch: lentil burger on ww, green beans, frozen yogurt
Snack: zone bar, frosted mini wheats
Dinner: homemade tortilla pizza w/veggies and fake sausage, protein pudding
I need to update, too.
lunch: salmon w/ spinach salad, cashews
snack: blueberries, grape tomatoes (all afternoon on, from lunch), more cashews
dinner: ww pasta w/ veggies and lean ground beef
