Snack-- protein shake
Lunch-- tuna pita and carrot chips
Snack-- apple and string cheese
Dinner-- not sure yet, DH took one DD hiking and camping, so it's just me and the toddler, so something easy for dinner.

As far as a workout, I will run 20 minutes this morning and do a 30 minute run tonight.

Going on a walk with my best friend this afternoon. But I will probably do one of my Pilates videos on top of that (or maybe jog this evening if it's cool enough). I need to be doing more cardio- this week is an off-week though, cuz my babysitting schedule is still in flux. Next week though, it should be pretty normal.

Breakfast: 2 pieces ww toast- one with pb and one with apricot preserves- not the healthiest breakfast, but I'm PMSing, so it's better for me than chocolate!

Lunch: might make some egg salad (leaving out most of the yolks), on pita, carrots and celery with hummus.

Snack: tasty berries w/ ff yogurt

Dinner: Not sure- babysitting through dinner hour, so we'll see what I have the patience to cook when I get home. Might throw some fish in the fridge to defrost right now, actually. (w/ veggies on the side)

No scheduled workout today. I attempted to look for a spinning studio classes as I don't currently have any scheduled exercise for Wednesdays but everything I found was REALLY expensive. :( I'm going grocery shopping today and then DH and I have some errands to run this afternoon.

Will have to update on food... Still groggy from getting up and have no idea (and I have no bananas which would be my automatic breakfast).

i am taking it easy today. i'm going to try yoga tonight, taking it easy on my back. i spoke to my personal doctor (my dad) and he said it was normal for it to take this long to heal at my age (!). i have an appointment with the orthopedist when i get back from hawaii, just in case it's not better by then, or just in case i do something else to myself while trying to surf!!

food-

luna bar, coffee

going out w/ T for lunch - green tea frappe (mmm!), vegan korean

I hope your back injury doesn't interfere with your surfing plans.

oh it won't! i plan on surfing no matter what, and if it messes up my back/shoulder/whatever-it-is the orthopedist can just put me back together when i get home. i'd rather spend the rest of the year in physical therapy than miss out on surfing in hawaii!
