I am feeling a bit better, thanks. Caught up on sleep yesterday and today...was feeling a bit weak when doing weights but I'm not going to worry about it.

I did 10 min on bike, 20 min on eliptical, and "yoga" class. I might be teaching fitness kickboxing tonight, I still don't know.

Food update:

Breakfast: Optimum power cereal w/skim milk

Snack: zone bar, frozen yogurt

Lunch: turkey wrap w/spinach and laughing cow cheese, protein pudding

Snack/Dinner: We're going out this evening so I'm not sure what I'll have

I don't know why I wrote down lunch when I knew I was eating out. I had chicken scharma (grilled chicken on pita w/ veggies).
