Loose Skin BARF!

Hi Ladies.

Back from Vegas we had a nice time. It was a g/f trip I needed it big time. I threw a little black dress on and went out on the town and for the first time in my life had someone ( a few actually ) ask to buy me a drink. Amazing how people treat fat vs. thinner people differently it makes me sick but I digress.

The trainer a big fat no go not only was she icky and rude but she got fired. Probably for being icky and rude. There are other trainers available but I am not sure the budget allows it at the moment. I am moving to Dallas August 1st and lordy moving across country is expensive.

The issue is loose skin. I am 4#s (depending on tomorrow's weigh in) away from goal. I am excited and very scared. I am going to do my VERY BEST not to get ahead of myself and realize it may take awhile to make those 4#s disappear but I have ants in my pants for sure.

I run or walk 6 days a week, I don't really like the elliptical and I have started working out in the mornings so I know I WILL GO, otherwise I was getting so tired in the afternoon I would want to skip the gym. At 5am there are not a lot of classes to go to, so I have depended on my cardio workouts. I am a dummy when it comes to free weights. I have started some medicine ball training on my own from articles I have read in Shape, and I jump rope as well, ab work of course but I really need to tone up.

I am looking for some quick, easy to learn moves that may help me tone a little? Does the loose skin go away? I know in some area's it will not budge and I will look into plastic surgery. Boobs for sure. I just don't feel very girly at the moment going from a DD to a B. :(

Any thoughts or suggestions?

congratulations! you look great in your picture and your boobs look pretty "girly" to me! (sorry to be so direct, but you started it!)

about toning up - i think the best thing would probably be to use the weight machines if you feel like "a dummy" with free weights. they are pretty "dummy" proof, and will make sure you get a good and safe workout. if you don't know how to use them, you can ask someone at your gym.

i don't know anything about loose skin, i think sometimes it goes away and sometimes it doesn't and surgery is needed.

LOL Direct is ok. :)

I will give the machines a shot. They all have "directions" marked on them. I have also thought about joining curves but I already have my membership to Bally's.

Stumptuous is an awesome site! Krista is in downtown Toronto, I would love to have her as my trainer.
