I'm going to do a full body workout at the gym today.

Going to the gym this morning, to run, etc. I'm babysitting near school, so I figured I'd get the workout in now, instead of this evening when I have to pack for the weekend (my sister's college graduation). Won't be getting any exercise this weekend- sigh.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal w/ soymilk

Lunch is going to be sketchy- I'll be out/on campus/babysitting, so I will have to buy something, which I hate doing. Esp. on our campus, where there is very little that is healthy.

Dinner: Fish that I didn't eat yesterday, veggies, not sure what else.

Snack: yogurt and berries

Went to the gym this morning, did boot camp (3 stations: abs w/ball, side oblique things with dumbbells, deadlifts). Then I got a gel seat for spinning - bf told me that the bike seat may be causing my, ahem, problems in the downstairs area (apologies for the TMI). Lastly, I had my first appointment with the psychiatrist.

Breakfast: 1 slice of whole grain toast w/butter & Marmite, banana, babybel
Snack: Crispy M&M's (heh)
Lunch: leftover junky but oh so delicious Chinese from last night
Dinner: ha, what dinner? I'm at work until 10:15...will bring lots of snacks and a bagel sammich.

OMG, I don't know what was going through my head that I thought I could run a good distance at 7mph!!!

It went as well as could be expected for a first visit with a stranger.

The boot camp is an hour class. The format is this:

~15 min cardio
~2-5 min x 3 stations
~5-10 min cardio
stations again
~15 min abs + stretch
