I'm not doing anything today- or tomorrow or Sunday. I'm off to Rochester for my sister's graduation. Have a good weekend everyone!

I would love to take kickboxing this morning to work off some of my aggression, but I just got a gel seat yesterday and am dying to try it out, so I will stick with spinning. I am slightly jiggly from PMS water retention and my relatively junky eating day yesterday. So just spin, grocery shop, 1 hour of piano teaching tonight.

Breakfast: getting late, banana & babybel
Snack: veggies & dip, frozen grapes
Lunch: chayote salad, lemon pepper tilapia
Dinner: ???

I'm doing a two mile run this morning and then training DH and myself. I've got my regular Friday in-home client this afternoon and then I think DH and I will do MORE shopping. He's going on a backpacking trip next week and is looking for a particular book with maps in it. It's going to be pretty strenuous and it physically interests me but I am not hiking any 11 miles unless there's a Hilton at the end of it. :P If they were just going for the day, I'd probably go but they're spending the night and hiking back.

Plans for the weekend... We're planning on shopping for art tomorrow morning at a place my SIL recommended and then we are going to hang out with MIL's with the inlaws, nieces for a little impromptu pool party. No definite plans for Sunday yet. Our housewarming is next weekend so we need to firm up ideas for food. It starts at 4 p.m. but it's a stop-by-whenever-you-can type of thing so I'm trying to think of food that will be able to sit out. I'll probably do two different kinds of cookies but if anyone has any other ideas, please let me know!

Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: salad, turkey sandwich, strawberries

Snack: zone bar

Dinner: baked spinach, maybe baked potato? Not sure yet.

Awesome bench! That's probably why you're still hungry..... your body is recovering from all that work yesterday. :) Great job!

i'm taking spinning at 12:30 and then running for about 5.75 miles tonight, flat course.

so what's our next running challenge? are we going for longer distances? or should i just work on my speed? anyone interested in a virtual 10 miler? or should we do a 10K first?

i don't have big plans for the weekend. for exercise, at a minimum i want to do pilates, yoga, and aqua jog.

i also have chores to do to get ready for hawaii. i think i may end up being able to carry on all my luggage in a 22" rolling
