I'm subbing a lot of classes from Wed-Wed so I'll have to try to get my own workouts in.
Whatever a "Monday Journa" is and I can't edit it...
I'm teaching 2 classes today - one subbing this morning and my usual step this afternoon. Have a pile of laundry to do and it's TOM. :P
Jean, why do you have so many classes to sub? Where did all the regular instructors go?
Breakfast: bagel sammich
Lunch: penne vodka & salad
Dinner: butternut squash soup
I completely binged for 2 days straight.
I had clients today and was able to squeeze in about 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical.
Breakfast: Kashi w/milk, mixed melon
Snack: detour bar
Lunch: protein shake, mixed melon
Snack: tuna wrap, apple oat muffin
Dinner: Not sure yet...
