How are you doing towards your long term goals?

I've had a stomach virus and it has left me extremely weak and yucky. I'm probably going to skip on goals this week because I don't think there is much I can accomplish.

With everything going on, I think I'm operating on a weekly basis right now. My goals this week are:

1. Keep up with my cardio - 5 days of cardio

2. Keep up with my weight training

3. Get excited about vegetables again. We joined a co-op where we pay a fee for the season and then we get vegetables delivered once a week from the farm. Our first delivery is today and I have no idea what will be arriving. I'm excited about this because grocery store produce in AZ is just pathetic.

4. Not fitness related but I want to paint my stairwell tomorrow while the guys are gone backpacking. It's going to be a serious pain to paint but it's bugging me and needs to be done. My real challenge is not getting too frustrated with it. I hate the taping and the tarps and all that and it just frustrates me to no end. So, my goal is to finish the stairwell without binging. :)

5. Attempt a 5 mile run on Sunday which may be hampered by what time we get up since running after 7 a.m. is just too darn hard or by post-party tiredness. We're expecting about 20 or so people and my place is only 1250 square feet. I guess I'm fortunate to have that many people who like me and want to come.

Chain store produce is the same everywhere. It's generic, tasteless (it's mostly trucked in from the same places).
