It's so overcast right now but it's supposed to get to the 70's.

I did a two mile run this morning and am going to do total body strength training after my breakfast settles. I've got a bunch of loose ends to take care of this morning and I have my in-home client this afternoon. DH's best friend is flying in this afternoon and we're going to dinner tonight. He's a good friend of mine as well, but since he moved to LA a couple years ago, we don't get to hang out nearly as much. It'll be nice to catch up. He's coming in to go backpacking with DH and also to attend our housewarming this weekend.

Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: falafel w/pita, spinach salad

Snack: not sure

Dinner: probably a cheeseburger and frozen yogurt. :)

so, are we doing any more group running goals? no interest in shooting for 10 miles? i kind of want to do 10 miles, because the farthest i've ever run in my life is 8 miles. my other goal is to do a 5K in 25 minutes.

it's really nice out today so

I slept in this morning. Owowowowow! I teach piano this morning and then step. I hope nothing bad happens because this morning I ate cream cheese that I had left out all night. It didn't smell and tasted ok.

Breakfast: bagel sammich with questionable cream cheese
Lunch: gardenburger, roasted veggies
Dinner: ?

I'm still sick with a stomach virus, so no workout for me. I'm trying really hard just to sit back and relax--this is really hard for me.

Food:
oatmeal
rest of day: what ever I think I can keep down.

Oh, talk about bringing me down to earth when I was nearing the end of my run--some guy who was half my age, half my size, whipped by me going at least twice as fast.
