Let's try to name different ways to do push ups.

Decline push-ups - Regular push-ups but your legs are higher than your head on a step or a bench.

Medicine ball push-ups: Put a medicine ball under one hand and after each rep, roll the ball to the other hand.

Double medicine ball push-ups: Two same-sized medicine balls under each hand. If push-ups are too hard in this position, just practice a plank until stability is increased. These are really hard.

Band push-ups: You need a partner for this one. Get a one of the large bands (like a thera-band, not a Spri) and place it across your partner's back. Step over her with your feet on either side of the band. When she does the push-up, there will be increased resistance with the band. This one is also really challenging.

A pushup where you clap your hands in between.

You guys are studs. I'm usually lucky to get in 10 regular pushups.

Put your feet on a pilates ball. If that is to hard you can roll the ball down to your ankles or legs. I like this one becuase it is not too too hard, but adds variety and is harder than regular pushup.

My trainer has me do one where I put both hands on one medicine ball. I always have a hard time with this one.
