Went to the gym this morning and did step class and 45 min of lower body weights. Going out to lunch with BF and then teaching piano.
Pre-gym: banana, babybel
Post-gym: coffee, bagel sammich
Lunch: probably BBQ chicken pizza, greek salad
Dinner: ???

Bike/Run - 8 miles. Ab work, free weights, upper body.
It is taking everything I have to drag my butt out of bed and go to the gym. I hate going in the morning. But I know myself these days and if I wait till after work I won't go. LAZY butt!!!!!!!!!

No official workout today unless you count painting the stairwell. DH is gone backpacking so I have the house and the day to myself, which is nice.
Anybody here ever used a Cordisc before? (It's a stability disc.)
Food is sporadic. I tend to graze a lot more when DH isn't here.

I am still whimpy and weak so I didn't go to the gym today. I am feeling much better, though. I am teaching fitness kickboxing tonight.
I called AFAA, and they will not let me certify while I am pregnant--liability. So, I guess I have to wait until after the baby, when I have one more child to think about. Urgh!

salad, breadsticks
I really don't want to think about dinner-stomach is still kinda weak.
