Lindsay Lohan - so thin

Has anyone seen pictures of Lindsay Lohan, she has lost alot of weight again. Even more than when she claimed she got the flu and lost weight. She now attributes her most recent weight loss to a new trainer and workout. I am sorry, but I do not think anyone can get that thin by working out. What do you all think? Hollywood fascinates me how they can drop pounds so fast.

Here is a link to her picture and the article I read,

I saw Lionel Richie talking about his daughter's dramatic weight loss.

Jockeys need to be as light as possible when they race, not just for weigh-ins. Owners and trainers require them to manitain a certain weight. Boxers & wrestlers want to weigh in low because it affects what class they box in and their stats, then don't care too much as long as their strength & stamina isn't affected - they eat to fuel the body and build muscle.

My mil lost a ton of weight on weight watchers and she looked horrible, she acted horrible, and she felt horrible. She has put on some weight again, and even though she is now overweight, she looks much better than when she was closer to an ideal weight.

I saw on a mag cover that she's 5'2". If she thinks being 97 lbs. @ that height is just a case of "a little weight loss looks big on her", she's delusional. In the pic I saw her arms looked like twigs.

This brings me to a client I had for assessment last week (this is where new gym members get a physical assesment & equipment orientation/basic fitness program). She didn't want to know what she weighed or her measurements, just her body fat %. OK, nothing outrageous here. However when we discussed her goals she tells me she'll only use the Stepper and do really light leg work, that she likes to look weak & frail, wants skinny arms w/ no tone AND!!! has no interest in being healthy (this last came up when I tried to discuss the merits of more balanced training). I was torn between launching into a diatribe on the subject caring for one's body and respecting her choices. She wasn't emaciated & a discussion of diet/nutrition is not part of the assessment so, as hard as it was, I had to assume she's just misguided not suffering an eating disorder and keep my big mouth shut. Jeez, I wonder where young women get these ideas...?! This one was the a well attempted likeness of Paris Hilton.

Geez, I would have been so tempted to tell her to not eat for a month, it would be a lot cheaper than hiring a trainer. ;)

No doubt! Somebody's getting paid a fortune to starve her because I don't see any signs of fitness on that skinny bod' of hers.
