I'm actually the antithesis of a journal entry today, because I will have NO time to work out! But I did a Pilates DVD last night and on Monday I swam, did the bike and did my upper body weight routine :)
Today, I am sitting from 9 to 1, then driving across creation to sit at 2 til 5 or 5:30, THEN going to meet a family for possible sitting on Mondays. Then, I am going to my best friend's house, because I am dog-sitting for her all weekend, starting tomorrow, and I have to go get a spare key, etc.
Food will be sketchy today.

Wow, everyone is so busy!
I am so completely and totally sore from my workout yesterday that I decided to take a rest day. Gotta run a bunch of errands this morning, but I don't mind because it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS outside. Lunch with BF and teaching piano tonight.
Breakfast: bagel sammich
Lunch: probably bbq chicken pizza, greek salad
Dinner: leftover steamed pork from last night
Snacks: undecided
I hope to do a bike ride tonight - DH came home late Monday night so it was out of the question. I have a feeling he'll do the same tonight, so I will either go to the club tonight or get the kiddies a sitter and go for a spin around town.
Breakfast: Cereal & strawberries with soy milk and toast
Lunch: I'm taking the kids to the mall - I have to refrain from the Chicken Selects at McD's . . . but I'm so weak! I will try to have something better for me - and reward myself with some ice cream!
Snack: Cottage cheese & applesauce
Dinner: Tortellini with spaghetti sauce

DH and I did strength training this morning. No cardio today. I'm taking my car in for scheduled maintenance this morning. I think I need to go to the grocery store. I'm getting very bored and frustrated with food - nothing sounds good and I'm getting tired of trying to figure out what to eat.
The plumber was here yesterday and in drilling into the floor (which is concrete) to be able to lay the shower pan lower, they drilled all the way through and into the ceiling of my living room. So now there are two large unsightly holes. Yes, they will be fixed, but it does stress me out a bit. On top of that, my neighbor who lives behind me (and who's unit is attached to ours) came over and threatened to sue me if her ceiling fan fell out. The plumber was jackhammering and it was causing the walls to vibrate. I tried to be nice and apologize for the noise but she was rude and nasty and I'm afraid I was a bit rude and nasty back. *sigh* On top of things, DH has been very stressed due to work issues and I always have some of his stress vicariously. He's also been talking a lot about money and although he's not meaning to, I am feeling some guilt over spending so much money on the surgery. We moved into the condo to be able to save up money and cut our monthly expenses and unfortunately, this surgery is going to set us behind a bit. I'm feeling a bit helpless because I have already decided not to take on any more clients since I will have to leave them in a few weeks anyway. Blah. I'm feeling kind of stressed and I think it's making my stomach hurt. It's felt very tender recently and I think that's why.
I'm done complaining now... Thanks for letting me vent.

No workouts today. Had 3 clients in the am, went grocery shopping and to pick up ink for the printer, came home to print some stuff for work, I'm typing this as I eat lunch after which i'll run some stuff over to one gym, come home a make supper before I head to the another gym for the 4 clients scheduled tonight - I should get home to have supper & see my family around 10 p.m.
Breakfast: multigrain toast w/ almond butter sprinkled w/ flax seeds; coffee
Lunch: tofu dog on a ww bun; ww pita w/ cracked chile hummus
Supper: chana masala (curried chickpeas) w/ basmati rice; salad of greens, cukes, apple & pecans
Snacks: rice chips; fresh fruit; 'banana split' smoothie (frozen starwberries, bananas, choc. soy protein & vanilla soy milk); tea
