Last night my mom and I ended up going out for Japanese because it was her and my dad's anniversary. I also bought a new gym bag yesterday, I can finally get rid of that ratty 10 year old backpack that I've been using! http://www.flickr.com/photos/zorbs/15713801/ <---pic of new bag Anyways, I'm excited to head off to the gym this morning to do bootcamp, plus a little extra treadmill to make up for slacking off yesterday..tonight I teach piano, and it is another absolutely perfectly beautiful day here.
Breakfast: bagel sammich Lunch: Boca burger, roasted veggies Snack: I might pick up a box of blueberries, Luna bar Dinner: ???
Yesterday was pretty bad for me too, Jean. Aside from the construction and holes, I took my car into the nearest dealer to get the "free" oil changes I was promised when I bought the car. Turns out that I HAVE to take it to the dealer where it was bought and that's a good 40 minutes away from me. So that was a wasted trip. And then I tried to call my husband only to discover that my cell service had been cut off. That was solved easily as our online billpayer hadn't paid our cell bill and wasn't scheduled to until June. We got service back pretty quickly but it would have been nice for Sprint to say "Hey, deadbeats! Where's the cash?" before shutting it off. Blah. I think I'm PMSing.
Very long day today at the gym and unfortunately, I have a large break with not much to do.
Breakfast: banana peanut butter toast
Snack: detour bar
Lunch: tofu and bean burrito, broccoli, fruit of some kind
Snack: almonds and cheese
Dinner: grilled chicken burrito, salad, maybe protein pudding if I make it
Hey Jean - I would have totally have had some cake for breakfast. Don't feel bad. :) If you can manage to stay on track the rest of the day, you're a better woman than I.
I will take some cake TOO! I have been fighting major cravings this week, a whopper, pizza, waffle house, sonic, you name it and it's calling my name.
Major stresses this week, work, men, life, the move, shopping I am so over everything.
Weigh in is tonight. I am 3.5 away from goal. (Hopefully still) I am fighting this last little bit more than I ever thought I would which really sets my tone for the rest of my week. I have thought about skipping weigh in but the truth is I shouldn't I didn't screw up I was OP all week long, had my workouts and I just need to face the music and keep plugging away. I am hoping for at least a maintain. Please keep your fingers crossed for me.

Big fruit salad and some greens
Dinner -
I dunno, I am thinking some egg whites with veggies mixed in, possibly some french fries. Which makes no sense. But it is weigh in night and I usually treat myself. But I don't want to go overboard, because I am going to Houston this weekend and I will be tempted by Sonic and Wafflehouse and ya know what? After a year of busting my butt, I just might go and enjoy myself for once.
I know what is going to happen. I am going to get down there order egg whites at Waffle House. I mean who orders egg whites at a Waffle House. I have several times they look at me like I am insane, which I am most likely. LOL.
Sonic. Well I make a decent choice there. Well within my WW points range usually. So it's not really a cheat. However I have not had pizza in about 8 months and I will be having a piece this weekend. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe just one. Maybe 4. All I know is if I am closer to goal after weigh in tonight I will do my best to keep that in mind but DANG the craving monster is getting the best of me lately.
I will trade you some smothered, covered, scattered, hash browns for a slice of cake? hehe.
