Ugh, after all that subbing, I have to get back on track with my own workouts.

Ugh, after all that subbing, I have to get back on track with my own workouts.
I'm training a few clients at work this morning and I plan to get in an hour of cardio while I'm there. I'm also going to stop by the sporting goods store on my way home and buy a BOSU. The Cordisc I bought was a flop and I sent it back. This afternoon, DH and I will be doing strength training at home.
Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: lentil burger, broccoli, cantaloupe
Snack: maybe a smoothie if I get ambitious enough to try to make one :)
Dinner: Lean beef tacos or possibly chicken burritos, salad, protein pudding
I'm still having a really difficult time fitting my workouts in.
I have not much to do today, teach piano and then step. Last night in my step class, we did less cardio on the step and intervals of skipping rope and weights, we had a good time.
Breakfast: bagel sammich, hot chocolate w/soy milk & splenda
Lunch: WW pasta, tomato sauce, roasted veggies, grilled fish
Dinner: probably leftovers from last night
Snacks: undecided
Today I have my cycling class - and this is one of the instructors I love, so I'm looking forward to this class! Afterwards I'll either pick up my nephew or go directly across the club's parking lot to the outdoor pool. Today is the day the pool opens - and it'll actually be warm out. DS has been looking forward to this day for weeks! After that, we'll go home and then I have to get ready to go back to the club - this time to work.
Breakfast: Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls, strawberries & soy milk
Lunch: Not sure, it'll probably be concession stand food - if we're at the pool during lunch.
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: Panera's Strawberry-poppyseed Chicken Salad - yum!

I ran on the treadmill this morning, BIG mistake. I feel like somebody kicked me in the crotch and now I have a big bruise. OUCH! I did bis and tris too. Tonight I did TKD.

fudge with coconut
couple bites of stirfry and rice (too tired to eat---weird for me)
