Is anyone here hungry?? Lately I am starving....
I've been called a gym rat before, and I guess I kinda am. I love my gym. I'm there 5-6 times a week and I work out pretty hard. I stregnth train 3 times a week for about an hour and do at least 35 min cardio of every time I go (more on the days I don't lift weights).
Overall I'm in pretty good shape...not trying to loose or gain, just stay where I am. I'm 5'0 and about 105-110lbs. I try to eat healthy, most of the time anyway. But lately I've been so hungry. I try to snack during the day but that just makes it worse. I'm hungry almost immedietly after I eat. It's not that I have the desire to eat, or I'm craving something. It's more of low blood sugar, headache feeling, like that feeling you get when you skip breakfast or workout with out eating....
It's not that I don't eat enough (at least I think I do)...maybe I'm just eating the wrong food???
