No classes, just clients today. Since I taught 5 classes yesterday & 4 tomorrow I'll skip doing any sort of workout today - give my poor old body a break.
Breakfast: Clif bar; green tea
Lunch: multigrain bagel w/ PB
Supper: baked potato; green beans w/ almonds & garlic; salad of mixed greens, cuke, tomato, bell pepper & olives
Snacks: fresh fruit (grapes, canteloupe, nectarines); soy chai latte; fruit-soy smoothie; brown rice chips
Sigh, no workout today, since I'm babysitting a double shift- have to leave soon for the second one. I did one of the cardio/pilates DVDs last night and will do it again tomorrow night.
Breakfast: bowl of cereal w/ soymilk
Lunch: ff yogurt with blueberries, grapes
Snack: low-fat fig bar from Trader Joe's (They taste like Fig Newtons, but have almost no fat, and no hydrogenated oils)
Dinner: egg salad on soy pita w/ field greens, handful of ranch TLC crackers, itty bitty slice of smoked gouda :)
Yep and it was delicious and really easy. It's the Body For Life Chile Relleno casserole recipe. Some of the BFL recipes are really good and some are downright nasty. This one's a keeper. :)
