Long day today and I'm up early. I think my body decided around 4 a.m. that I was done sleeping. I've got clients all day and I'm planning on doing about an hour of cardio - probably elliptical. Hopefully, it'll be an enjoyable day. I've managed to reign in my allergies and always get some sleep... funny how some zzzz's and a non-runny nose can just make a person's day. :)

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk, cantaloupe

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: chile relleno casserole and I'm not sure what else

Snack: cheese stick, cantaloupe

Dinner: Don't know yet - we have some veggies that we've yet to use from our co-op so I may tell DH to get creative so we can use them up.

Doing a cardio/pilates DVD with my best friend tonight (babysitting all day). I am going to start looking for a used bike, at one of the many bike shops in the area- maybe this weekend. Yay :)

Breakfast: cereal w/ soymilk

Lunch: egg salad, sliced cucumbers, ranch TLC crackers

Snack: fig bar

Dinner: Not sure- maybe a sandwich, since my friend is coming over at 7 and I'm done with sitting at 5. I want to eat as early as possible, so it's all digested.

Four classes today & its going to be brutal. Although the clouds & rain never seem to disperse its pretty warm - as a matter of fact its perfect tornado weather here. The humidity is what's killing us in my classes, so much so that I shaved 10 minutes of cardio off this morning's 75 min. X-training class and did extra weights instead. Quite frankly I'm going to have to dress almost indecently to get through kickboxing tonight. :-P

FITNESS: X-training; weightlifting; kickboxing; more weightlifting ('sculpt' class really)

FOOD:

Breakfast: ww bagel w/ almond butter & sprinkled w/ flax seeds (left my travel mug on the roof of the car so Iddn't get to have my morning dose of green tea :-{ )

Lunch: fruit plate; 1/2 Clif bar; tea

Supper: tofu weiners & BBQ beans; salad

Snacks: 1/2 Clif bar; fresh fruit; multigrain bagel w/ PB; the fruit-soy smoothie I skipped last night

Mmmh! I love jellyfish! My mom sometimes makes it with shredded boiled chicken breast and tops it off with a sauce of oyster sauce, sesame oil, and a little bit of sugar. I called it "rubber bands & chicken" as a kid.
