Still no phone call from the gym, I am declaring shenanigans and will show up for work on Monday UNLESS I see a sign posted or a phone call today or this weekend. This morning I am going to spin, and then do laundry. I am buckling down on my eating, been too lenient lately.
Breakfast: bagel sammich, soy milk w/Splenda
Lunch: mussel salad on top of spinach
Dinner: ???
Snacks: frozen grapes, veggies & dip, soy marinated hard boiled eggs

Did a two mile run this morning and am just letting my food settle before we do strength training. I have an in-home client today and that's pretty much it.
Breakfast: peanut butter and jelly on a high protein tortilla
Snack: protein shake
Lunch/Dinner: DH and I may go out for pizza and frozen yogurt - we aren't sure yet.
Your tightening up on the food, and I'm just tired and letting myself go. I get so depressed and don't care about anything when the weather is like this. I am in deperate need of sunshine!
Today I did 30 long boring minutes on the arctrainer, chest, back.

Breakfast: Didn't have time, just picked up a coffee
Lunch: veg-rice soup
Supper: probably veg. gyoza; salad; smoothie
Snacks: fresh fruit; multigrain bagel; popcorn or brown rice chips; tea
Woohoo, went to the gym this afternoon- did full round of weights (upper and lower body), lots of abs, and was good about doing stretching beforehand- I must have gotten really warm, cuz afterwards, I did more stretching and I was able to regain almost my old full-range of motion.
Food has been weird today, since I was babysitting, and that usually means not eating a proper lunch. Sigh...depends on the family. Sometimes, I am able to sit down with the kids and eat. Not my Friday family though.
Food journal update:
Lunch: small part of chile relleno casserole, mini-wheats w/milk, cantaloupe, almonds and chocolate chips
Snack: frozen yogurt
Dinner: Homemade pizza and I'm making oatmeal raisin cookies... nope, not healthy at all except for the oatmeal.
We are sort of nesting tonight... closing up the shutters, watching movies and indulging in homemade oatmeal raisin cookies.
