hot fudge, bananas, brownies, whipped cream--and whatever else chocolate available!

Mushrooms, olives, fake sausage, green peppers

2) ice cream toppings

Cookie dough

3) half hour of cardio

Probably running

4) hamstring stretch

Sitting back in the heels with one leg extended

5) drive (where and when)

Pretty much anywhere near my house. It's so pretty.

1) pizza toppings - bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes...okay, pretty much anything that goes on a vegetarian pizza :)

2) ice cream toppings - bananas or strawberries, but usually I like my ice cream topping-free

3) half hour of cardio - I just found out that the rowing machine is really fun! But I also love the way I feel when I'm running, so hard choice.

4) hamstring stretch - good old-fashioned 'stand and reach for the toes'

5) drive - crossing the Bay Bridge into San Francisco at night. The City's lights are so gorgeous; I've done the drive a million times and they never fail to amaze me.

1) pizza toppings --- mushrooms, onions, pepperoni

2) ice cream toppings ---- Jimmys

3) half hour of cardio --- 3 mile run

4) hamstring stretch ---- one leg up

5) drive (where and when) --- hate to drive anywhere

1) pizza toppings - black olives & mushrooms!

2) ice cream toppings - maybe some whipped cream and bananas

3) half hour of cardio - the first half hour of a great cycling class!

4) hamstring stretch - don't have a favorite, but it feels good when I put my leg over the handlebars of the bike and stretch!

5) drive (where and when) - there's a stretch of road by where I grew-up called Sheridan. It goes right into Chicago and becomes Lake Shore Drive. I remember driving from my house to the City when I was a teenager. I wouldn't tell my folks where I was going. I remember feeling so grown-up and free when I'd drive this road!

***If only I really ate pizza any more! Plain cheese is fine for me. I tend to like more gourmet toppings

***It's been awhile since I've taken a cardio class, and every one has been different
4) hamstring stretch
***Oh, any of them. I particularly like a certain one I learned in jazz class my sophomore year- it's very "dancer-y", but it works wonders
5) drive (where and when)
***I like taking long drives by myself- like driving home (7 hours), or to NYC from here (about 4 hours)
