I'm not doing anything interesting today (no working out either). I intentionally made today a rest day since we're going to (try) run 5 miles tomorrow morning. DH is doing some stuff with his brother so I've rented a movie, got a magazine, and an hour of my soap to watch while he's gone.

Food is variable. I will update later if I remember.

The gym finally called yesterday, it's true that my classes are cancelled starting next week.

This morning I taught piano and going to the gym with bf when he gets here. We're gonna do bicep & tricep with skipping rope intervals. Then later we are going to the Unionville Festival. (http://www.unionvillefestival.com/)

I'm glad they were professional enough to call but this was kind of late notice!

I'm going to consider this today's journal.

Taught KB and Ball today. I think I got a nice compliment today - a participant came up to me after KB and said w/ a smile, "I just wanted to let you know that I really hated you a few times today." ;-) I like to tell my classes if they curse my name but still come back that means that not only are they masochists but that I'm doing my job. :-P

Breakfast: 1/2 multigrain bagel topped w/ almond butter & flax seeds, coffee

Lunch: tofu weiners & beans

Supper: multigrain ciabatta topped w/ bruschetta; salad

Snacks: brown rice chips; multigrain bagel; 'cappucino' smoothie (frozen banana, van. Silk & cappucino syrup); popcorn; fresh fruit

LOL, Sol. I feel the same way about my PT clients. I have one client who went to culinary school so whenever I start barking at her, she says "Yes Chef!". :) I used to have one client who called me every name in the book during our session but always thanked me for a great workout afterwards.

Dd's team won their first teeball game! This was their nineth game, and they started like the bad news bears and have slowly improved all season. They did so well today. Dd played second and did so good. I am proud of her. I don't know if ya'll remember when I couldn't get her off the couch, now she loves to play teeball, do gymnastics, dance, and ride her bike (I call her baby Armstrong).

As for me, I don't workout on the weekend because of the teeball game, but maybe I'll make a bike ride once while the kids are down or slowed down enough to sit in the trailer.

Nothing terribly strenuous, but my best friend and I did our now-semi-regular morning walk from our neighborhood to Dean and Deluca in Georgetown (I think it's about 3 miles??), where we then get a tasty European yogurt and some fruit to share. At least we're healthy and not getting pastries :) And we walk back too. Yesterday we didn't cuz we ended up going shopping afterwards, and she ended up buying a suit that she obviously didn't want to lug back. This morning we're going to go on a long-a$$ walk (hopefully some jogging too) down by the river.

I'm also going out on my search to find a bike- most likely used, cuz I can't afford a new one.

I did the step class w/ my favorite teacher--I've missed it so much since she gave this class up!
