Last night at the festival I got ATTACKED by a swarm of mosquitoes, I am having a terrible allergic reaction and my foot (where I got bit) has swollen up so much I can't put on my shoe. I have taken allergy medicine but does anyone else have any tips?
Did a 5 mile run this a.m. with DH. We are just hanging out watching movies and recorded TV shows the rest of the day. Feels good to get some R&R.
Breakfast: protein pancakes, syrup
Snack: chocolate milk, cheese stick
Lunch: grilled chicken in a ww tortilla w/jack cheese and fat free sour cream, cantaloupe
Snack/Dinner: will have to update
I got the software Dietpower (I think Jen uses that) to start tracking my macro and micronutrients. Today is my first day actually using it and it's pretty interesting to see how much fiber, vitamin C I'm getting.
