You know, with what I see at the gym, I have a hard time believing in any one particular way of training. :)
One of my colleagues does fitness competitions and she's incredibly strong but her form is absolutely terrible. I have no idea about her lifting style in particular but I imagine it's low reps/heavy weights. I've seen her lift and there is all kinds of cheating going on.
I saw another girl at the gym the other day who was very buff and she was lifting Speedy Gonzales style.
