Wow guys... I think I overdid it this week. I was so exhausted last night. I tried to plan ahead to make sure I'd get all my workouts in since we'll be away this weekend and I'm not sure if that was the smartest decision.
We're headed out this morning for our anniversary weekend. I'll be back Sunday. I can't even begin to post food because I have no idea. We're going to see a natural wonder that's on an indian reservation and unfortunately, the "services" are pretty limited. As far as food goes, I think we're pretty much limited to a grocery store and a Taco Bell so we're taking a cooler of food.
We are planning to do a hike once we get there this afternoon and I'm guesstimating that'll take an hour and a half.
this morning at the gym I did treadmill climbing for 30 minutes and chest and back. I got the new prenatal yoga dvd and did most of it during the kids naps. Some of the stretches felt really good on my sore areas. I'm glad I got the dvd. It was also a nice addition to my afternoon workout which is usually just 10 minutes of forms.
This weekend dd has her first dance recital. I'm more nervous than she is :) Then I have two parties followed by meeting friends for dinner and a movie. That is just Saturday!
Food: oatmeal string cheese mcd's french fries and cheeseburger (urgh, I feel like crud everytime I eat it, I should have learned my lesson by now) yogurt caramel candies subway sub and doritos tootsie rolls

I'm doing spinning this morning and going shopping with my mom. Should be fun, it has been FOREVER since mom and I both had the day off.
Breakfast: banana & babybel
Lunch & dinner: no idea yet.
I've been feeling kind of blah since my doctor's appointment.
It's always stressful waiting for a test and results.
Yeah, it's probably the ppd.

You all have a great weekend!
I tried to find a doctor like that when I was having all of that trouble with my thyroid.
Will you continue the Zoloft?
lunch at East Side Marios: caesar salad, no croutons, grilled calamari in chili oil (delicious), WW pasta with ricotta cheese and veggies.
dinner (Vietnamese): 1 cold shrimp & pork salad roll
grilled chicken vermicelli
snack: Luna bar
