Lifted weights last night. I'm doing cardio/pilates with my best friend tonight. Might do some yoga in the late morning as well. Now I'm trying to figure out when I can fit in another lifting workout- I've been going twice a week, usually Mon/Tues and then Friday, but I am babysitting double duty this Friday, and Thursday is one of my other days to work out with the best friend. Got other plans all weekend, and our school gym doesn't open early on the weekends. Sigh...

Food- not sure- fridge is getting low.

Doesn't scheduling your work out sometimes feel like one of those GMAT or LSAT problems where you need to fit in certain workouts on certain days but they can't be consecutive and you have other considerations, too?

I know it's exhausting but those are special times when they lie and "chat" with you. Believe it or not, you'll look back at it fondly! Is she almost 6 months?

Yes! The cardio stuff, I'm not worried about, because I do various things from day to do. But the lifting, esp. since it's something new, I want to be really consistent about and not let the workouts get too jammed up. Otherwise, I feel like I won't benefit as much. I'm considering bumping up the lifting to 3 days a week, just so if two are close together, it won't be so bad...sigh.

Doing a weight training workout with DH, but no cardio today. I have my in-home this afternoon and then I go for my pre-op doctor appointment. I'm working on putting our bedroom back together today since our master bath is essentially finished. They need to fix the drain, seal the travertine and then our shower door will be installed next week. I think the majority of the mess-making is done and I'm tired of having our nightstands, etc. crowding up the office. A person can hardly move in here.

No idea about food... will have to update later.

OODLES of fun today, I am going to do 2 classes, BOSU boot camp and then spinning...I have not done the BOSU boot camp before. Then head home for a quick shower, then have an appointment with the psychiatrist. Then lunch, and line up at the DMV for a new license (the lineups here are not as legendarily terrible as in the US but still suck) Then I have to buy juice for my piano recital tomorrow and type up the program for said recital.

Breakfast: veggie omelet
Lunch: grilled tilapia, chayote salad
Dinner: steamed dory fish w/cilantro, brown rice, veggie
