Well, my best friend and I didn't end up working out last night, because we ended up going out to dinner instead...sigh. I feel counterproductive. I'm going to go on a long bike ride tonight though (assuming it doesn't rain or anything). If it does rain, I'll work out inside.
I am running really low on food...need to go shopping.
I think I'm taking a rest day today. I'll be painting both of our upstairs bathrooms - does that count towards my workout numbers Jean? :) My goals today are to get those finished. I think we're going to go see the new Batman movie this evening and I'm excited about that. I have a small Batman fetish.
No idea on food. Will have to update later.
I'm going to spend some time on the ellipitical today, maybe just 30 minutes.
This morning I have already been to the gym and done step class followed by lower body weights (leg press, deadlifts, calf raises) Later on I am meeting BF for lunch, then I teach piano. Tonight, I have my student's piano recital, BF is coming over for that, and tomorrow IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!
Pre-gym: banana, babybel, 1 slice toast w/marmite
Post-gym: iced grande nonfat 2 Splenda latte, veggie omelet, 1 slice toast w/marmite
Lunch: spinach salad, bbq chicken?
Dinner: chinese fried noodles (ahem)
i have another 3 workout day today - and i'm still sore from monday!! i swam this morning for about 30 minutes (using a buoy to focus on my arms - trying to get in shape for paddling!), then did about 10 minutes of water jogging and stretched for 5 minutes in the water. at lunch i'm going to lift weights and then tonight i have yoga.
food-
i didn't end up having breakfast yesterday, i had a burrito for lunch and my planned dinner. plus freshly made banana-coconut italian ice on my way home from the Metro. it was so hot! i didn't think i'd make it home in the heat without a frozen treat.
today, though, i need breakfast - tofu scramble wrap and breakfast potatos. small lunch of fruit and smoothie and probably a luna bar before yoga. i'll get takeout after yoga, probably a chipotle burrito bowl.
