I'm teaching sports conditioning (kickboxing today) and then doing pilates. I'm so grumpy right now!

If it was safe to put the baby in a backpack, I would probably load her up in one with wheels!

Teach back to back noon hour classes (45 min. each), first weights then Step. I may practice KB a bit or walk the dog now that the rain has FINALLY stopped. I may actually get to leave the house w/o a sweater for a change. Booked solid w/ clients at the gym tonight. I'm going to have to tell one that I really like & am really proud of that I'll be gone in less than two weeks. It was a little tough last night too because I did an assessment for a woman who's training for a marathon and she wanted to look at hiring me to train her (she's has a trainer for the running aspect already). I had to tiptoe around everything. I made her aware of the cost & qualifications (both good) of a staff trainer & that I still train independently. She asked for my card but I didn't solicit her business.

Breakfast: mandarin orange fruit cup; 1/2 multigrain bagel w/ Earth Balance, soy latte

Lunch: might grab a Dragon Bowl (seasoned brown rice, carrots, cukes, red & green cabbage, chard & kale tossed w/ tahini-hemp-soy dressing) from the vegan coffeehouse as its only a block from where I'm teaching

Supper: black beans & chili tomatoes; salad

Snacks: frozen soy dessert w/ fresh fruit; fresh fruit or a fruit-soy smoothie; veggies w/ hummus, maybe another 1/2 bagel

For some reason, I thought you were really tall, like 5'8" or so.

snack: strawberries, yogurt sprinkled w/ soy granola

dinner: veggie sub (all on a huge white sub roll but I only ate half the bread)

So, my problem with this new eating is that I don't eat much starches and I've stopped eating meat.

Food journal update:

Breakfast: TJ's apple cinnamon cereal, skim milk

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: roast beef roll-up w/fontina cheese, fresh green beans, watermelon

Snack: frozen yogurt, protein bar

Dinner: more fresh green beans, lean cheeseburger, peanut butter and chocolate chips mixed together (I was low on my fat intake today so that put me up where I needed to be).

I'm grumpy too! But I think it is the hormones and lack of gym time.

I didn't go to the gym today because I wanted to spare those poor children from the pirana boy. Instead I rode my bike with the kids in the trailer for 45 minutes, did 45 minutes of yoga, and then did shoulders.

They cancelled my kb class on wednesdays because lack of attendance during the summer. I'm excited about having a free evening in the middle of the week, but at the same time I need as much teaching experience as I can get.

Food:
oatmeal
cheese
egg salad on ww, wavy lays
feta chicken, green beans
licks of frosting-but I didn't eat any cupcakes :)
cheese

I know you can have a healthy varied diet w/out meats, I just haven't adjusted to it.
