It's so beautiful out, I want to go running but I have to work at the food pantry.

Went on a long bike ride last night, which makes up for the bad food I ate on Tuesday. Tonight, I'm working out with my best friend- unless she cancels on me, in which case, I will just do it alone. Sad about not being able to get in a workout tomorrow- double duty babysitting from 9-2:30 and then from 5:30 til whenever! Ah well, it's the money that counts.
I SERIOUSLY need to go grocery shopping. (Of course I need time!) My meals for the past 2 days have been a mish-mosh of random grazing.
I am the gym most of the day today but am not as busy as I'd like to be so unfortunately, there's quite a bit of downtime. Planning on doing cardio for an hour but I think I'll try to switch it up (15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the bike, etc.)
Breakfast: egg scramble w/fake sausage and fontina cheese, watermelon
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: tuna wrap, green beans, ?
Snack: detour bar
Dinner: will have to update... maybe baked tofu? salad, protein pudding if I have the energy to make it
Not doing TOO much out of the ordinary today..This morning I did boot camp class, going to teach piano this afternoon.
The only thing different is that I will bake a cake mix chocolate cake without frosting, I hate frosting and desserts except for ice cream, this is a once a year thing. After work, bf and I are going out for dinner at Milestones, which is pretty healthy. (http://www.milestonesrestaurants.com/menus.html)
Breakfast: banana, babybel, 2 slices toast w/butter & marmite
Lunch: leftover fried noodles from last night, roasted brussel sprouts
Dinner: something healthy, will have some booze though.
Snack: healthy, except for the chocolate cake
I forgot my gym clothes yesterday so, I didn't do any formal exercise.
Yay!!!!The sun has come out. FINALLY! And I only have one single class today - weights at lunchtime. Did some housework this morning, going to start weeding this afternoon. Hopefully I can plant some stuff this weekend.
Breakfast: multigrain bagel w/ almond butter; decaf coffee
Lunch: no clue
Supper: BBQ'd veg burger w/ grilled veggies & salad
Snacks: fresh fruit; smoothie; frozen soy dessert; popcorn
I made this triple chocolate truffle cake for my son's birthday one year.
