Well, my shoulders are sore from kayaking yesterday! I went by myself, and paddled around for 2 hours- it was fun! Working out with my best friend tonight.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal w/ soymilk

Lunch: soy pita w/ ham, cheese, lettuce, hummus. Carrots on the side

Dinner: Either fish or chicken, w/veggies, something else on the side

Snack- grapefruit

At the gym all day today... then going over to a former client's house so I can take bodyfat/measurements for a contest she's doing with another couple. Planning on doing an hour of cardio today.

Breakfast: peanut butter, banana, tortilla

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: tuna wrap, sting cheese, watermelon

Snack: protein bar

Dinner: Will need to update.

A lot of my piano students are done for the summer, so no work today! The bad news is, I'm broke.

I still can't bend my finger but it is a lot less swollen than yesterday, so that's a start.
Going to do elliptical and upper body at the gym today.

Breakfast: kettle corn (ha!) sliced bananas on PB toast
Lunch: roasted veggies, WW pasta, chicken
Dinner: dunno yet

i'm weightlifting at lunch and teaching cardio kickboxing tonight.


food- coffee, smoothie, wrap, chips and salsa, grilled veggie kabobs, grilled corn on the cob, watermelon, rice dream bar

There's a boathouse in Georgetown right on Water Street (K Street) called Jack's Boathouse- you can find all the info at www.jacksboathouse.com. It's very small and looms in the shadow of this big crew boathouse, but it's there.

Good for you! I'm so happy that you finally said screw it, and are going to have fun with or without the ex or the busy friend. The most we can do is enjoy every minute of the present without worrying about the past, what could have been, or the future.

As for me, I went to step and did chest and back this morning. Ds bit again, but the kid bit him back even harder. So they didn't come get me. I personally was glad that he got bit, maybe he learned his lesson (lets pray anyway). Tonight I taught kb, and then did tkd. My kb class was packed and half of them begged me to come teach on Wednesday. I told them that I would show up this wednesday, but if nobody came I would never come back on a Wednesday again.
