I think you're going to hit 10,000 posts today, Jean!

DD pretended to be sick yesterday when I picked her up and so I couldn't work out.

Fortunately, I am taking the little guy I sit for today, to the pool. I may not get in the bike ride I was so looking forward to, because my best friend's car got towed from my parking lot last night (long story, which I will not go into- let's just say that the management office is sketchy and retarded), and I have to pick her up from work tonight- which will be around 7. So I might not be able to get my bike down by the river for a long enough ride before it gets dark out. Sigh...so I'll probably just do something at home.

Breakfast: protein powder in soy milk

Lunch: yogurt and berries, carrots, TLC ranch crackers

Snack: grapefruit

Dinner: no idea.

Ughghggh... the weather is stifling here. It was 110 yesterday. Let the summer hibernation begin...

Not much going on today. I have my in-home clients for our second to last appointment until they go to Montana for the summer. DH and I have bathroom-related errands to run and I need to go to the grocery store for cottage cheese, chocolate, and Percoset. Sounds like a fun shopping trip, eh? :)

We are doing strength training this morning.

Breakfast: peanut butter and banana on a high protein tortilla

Snack: protein shake

Will have to update the rest...

mmm, cherries! haven't seen any yet.

i can't believe how nice it's been here, for going on nearly a week now! i think the pentagon put some kind of good-weather shield over DC so Congress and Greenpeace, etc. would pooh-pooh the idea of the greenhouse effect and discontinue any attempts

It is a lovely day today and again I have no work (need money though!!!)
I am going for lunch with my bf, then on my way home I will stop at IKEA and pick up a cheap martini set. I bought a bottle of Ketel One vodka and Bombay Sapphire last week, and I don't have a shaker or glasses! In the evening I might do a little bit of lower body weights and then spinning class.

Breakfast: WW wrap with alpine lace, ff chicken, spinach, dijon mustard
Lunch: BBQ chicken pizza, salad
Dinner: stew meat & daikon radish on top of shrimp flavoured noodles

Me too! I ate about 2000 calories today and that's pretty high for me. I don't even have as good of an excuse as you do. :) Does AF count for severe hunger? I remember reading somewhere that your metabolism spikes around your period so I'm hoping it's my hormones bouncing up and down and my chocolate cravings aren't really my fault. *grin*
