Took a skills class and went climbing last night at the gym, yay! So much fun! Today, I'm working out with my best friend in the evening, though I'd rather go on a bike ride- but she's the one getting married and she's very anal about getting in a workout (which is good, I'm rubbing off on her), so I pretty much have to go with what she wants, unless I suggested something else earlier.

Breakfast: cereal w/ soymilkl

Lunch: soy pita w/ ham, cheese, spinach, hummus. Carrots on the side

Dinner: something that will use up the majority of my spinach, as I'm going away for the weekend.

As long as you cook spinach, you can finish any amount!

i have cherries!! summer has officially begun!! i made a very expensive but very delicious trip to whole foods last night.

another absolutely positively gorgeous day. i take back everything bad i ever said about how the weather in DC is so awful. i'm going to lift weights at lunch today and skate tonight.

i've really cut back on my cardio, and i hope it works out ok. i just don't feel like doing exercise just for the sake of exercise during the summer when it's so nice out. i've pretty much ditched running and my weekly cardio consists of my one cardio kickboxing class, one spinning class, swimming once or twice a week, and then whatever fun activities i decide to do, like skateboarding or dancing. hopefully that's enough!

food- flax pancake, coffee, cherries, wrap, smoothie, chips and salsa, coleslaw, pineapple, chocolate, watermelon, corn on the cob.

...i graze a lot in the summer

I was up till 1am reading a 35-page message board thread dissing Britney Spears - yeah I know. :P It was so entertaining. So when my alarm went off, I was still dead tired - plus super sore everywhere. So no gym today. I teach piano (long night) tonight.

Breakfast: mushroom omelet, chocolate soy milk
Lunch: roasted veggies, WW pasta
Dinner: ???
Snack: giant coffee
