Was at home for the weekend, so no working out. Tonight, I'm helping my best friend put together her wedding invitations and depending how long it takes us, we might do a work-out afterwards. Hopefully, I'll be able to get something in today.
A new gym opened in my town - a large women's only chain gym with crappy hours (opens at 8am on weekdays and 9 on weekends). But I just love going to other gyms so I am booked in for a tour a free workout this afternoon at 2. It doesn't sound like they have a lot of weights (not even a squat rack, what the?!?!) so it should be interesting.
At noon I am playing piano at a funeral, easy $75.
i think it is wise how you've planned out practicing for your weigh-in. good luck!
i'm teaching cardio kickboxing twice today - i'm subbing for someone at noon, then my regular class tonight. i'm bummed because this whole week is supposed to be rainy and i won't be able to skate.
did i tell you all i posted on craigslist to find other female beginner skateboarders? i met with one on on saturday and had a great time. it was her first time but she is as excited about skateboarding as i am, and we got along great. we were supposed to meet again on wednesday, but i don't think it will happen because of the weather. i have two other girls that responded to me that want to learn to skateboard too! i'm going to start a whole girl-skateboarding fad in the dc area!
food- watermelon, luna bar, "fudgy-wudgy" bar, tofu and veggie stirfry on brown rice, smoothie, broccolini and roasted veggies (from whole foods deli), pineapple
I did step, chest, and back at the gym this morning. I am really starting to feel the extra weight...I'm moving much slower and tiring faster. I taught kb tonight and then dragged through tkd.
