Since Paula was asking about it, this was in Health magazine.

i've never bought anything, but there are a lot of cool things i always want. one that i coveted for a long time was a pasta pot that had holes in the lid so you could strain the pasta just by tilting it so it came out the holes on the lid.

I used to be such an infomercial junkie. I did actually find some pretty good stuff though. I bought Proactiv when I was 16, figured it wouldn't work...but it did. I still use it seven years later. I saw the Bare Minerals one, and promised myself I wouldn't buy it. I didn't get it off TV, but I did try some at Ulta, and decided to buy it then. I really wanted that Magic Bullet thing but my friend got it and she said it was cheap and broke in week....

Do you have the stores near you?

That Magic Bullet looks like a mini food processor to me. The funniest part of that infomercial is when they blend blueberries into muffin mix and end up with this grayish blue blobby mixture and it looks terrible but they ooh and ahh over it.

I don't know because I don't shop, unless it's an emergency.
