Ugh, I hate the summer workout schedule! I'm not going to the gym today.

No plans today except for showering, washing my garment and going to the doc this afternoon. Sounds like a jam packed day, doesn't it? I tell ya, my post-op life is SO exciting. :)

Hopefully getting some exercise this evening- not sure what though. Might go to the gym and lift weights, as I haven't been in almost 2 weeks- yikes!! Bad me :( I ate lots of tasty, bad food last night and drank a bunch of sangria, so I definitely need to do something.

I did weights this morning (chest/back/shoulder) and then spin class. This afternoon I teach piano.

Breakfast: chicken & cheese rollup, 2 olives, a handful of blueberries
Lunch: grilled chicken vermicelli, vietnamese iced coffee (deadly - made with condensed milk)
Dinner: leftover soup, steamed egg custard, brown rice
Snack: celery and PB, frozen grapes, chili parmesan popcorn

I have noticed a lot of guys lately lifting while wearing Nike sandals like these http://www.promoreply.com/aol/images/146/nik-398.jpg. They are just asking for it if someone drops their weights.
