Busy day today. I just subbed my usual 6:15am step class and will teach boot camp at another gym at 9:30. Right now I am relaxing with my coffee. This afternoon I'll have lunch with bf and teach piano. Exciting, huh? :P
Pre-gym: plain yogurt w/blueberries
Post-gym: FF chicken, cheese, spinach sammich, coffee w/milk & Splenda
Lunch: BBQ chicken pizza, greek salad
Dinner: ???

I'm teaching today, too, but just my sports conditioning class.
All right, definitely getting in a workout today. Last night I was SOOO tired- still recovering from the weekend. Might bike tonight, since I'll be getting home earlier from babysitting than last night.
Breakfast- cereal w/ soymilk
Lunch- yogurt w/ berries, carrots and hummus, granola bar
Dinner- last veggie burger w/ cheese on ww bun
I'm SOOOOO tired!
I'm slated for another lovely day at home. Dr's visit went well. He took 3 of my drains out and I'll go back on Monday to get the last one out. If I decide to go out this weekend, it'll be a lot easier to camoflage one drain than 4. He said I'm healing remarkably well and doing better at this stage of the game than the average bear. He cautioned me against resting too much which I'm trying not to do. But there isn't a whole lot I can do other than my trips to the bathroom and upstairs to do email/board stuff.
I have a few shows to watch today and I'm going to work on more of my functional training CEC stuff today. Other than that, not much. I'm working on finding new positions to sleep since I'm getting uncomfortable on my back.
Food has been okay. I've definitely been eating more junky-type food than I usually do, but I'm getting plenty of healthy food too. The problem is that nothing really sounds good so I'm eating because I'm hungry or because I know I need to eat, but I'm not really enjoying anything I eat.
hopefully i'll do some skateboarding tonight, if it's raining i'll lift weights at home. otherwise, no exercise for me today. this whole week isn't shaping up for me to get much exercise in.
food- coffee, smoothie, veggie and tofu stirfry over brown rice, probably ww pasta with no-meat meatballs and sauce for dinner (no food in the house, and i'm not planning on getting to the store today!)
That's great that you're healing faster.
i haven't skateboarded much lately because i was away all weekend without my board and last week the weather was so awful. T and i had fun last night though - we skated for about an hour after the rain stopped.
i can push and ride on flat ground or gentle hills without falling off and i can turn by "carving" (leaning forward or back)
