yes, I do practice, but I swear, I put something together and then have to figure out how to get it to the other side....or it works at home and then I can't get it right at the gym.

no, my cardio kickboxing class is mostly punching and kicking and combos of punches and kicks. it's not a very "aerobicy" kind of class - it is high repetition, there isn't choreography, etc. one of the things i like about teaching my CK

what I have done is bring two people to one bench, and we warm up using it by doing basic steps and then knee ups, etc...then, one person gets to each end of the bench, and we start doing bob and weave, (facing each other) and then one punches the other bobs , missing the jab, etc....

i've done that punch and duck thing, but not with the bench in between - usually i line the whole class up in two lines facing each other. i don't do it that often however because i'm afraid of people actually hitting each other by mistake.

it might be fun to add some bench exercises in, like step up on the bench to kick. someday that i'm not feeling too lazy to get the benches out

I may try the lines facing each other.
