I'm going to try to catch kickboxing and then ball class tonight. I don't know what it was I did in class yesterday but my abs are tired.


I'm going on a field trip today. I'm meeting a friend for lunch. This will be my first time out by myself. I think I'm even going to blowdry my hair today. :)
Other that that, that's about it. There's some straightening up I'd like to do but I'll have to listen to my body and see how I feel when I come home. I am slated to go back to work on Monday so I want to be careful not to tire myself out.
I didn't get to the gym yesterday because dd ran out of milk.
I saw a show about a competitive eater who said she does 10 minutes of exercise every hour.
I just got home from teaching bootcamp and I have a long night of piano teaching ahead.
Breakfast: wrap, blueberry yogurt
Lunch: roasted veggies, lemon pepper tilapia
Dinner: boccocini & grape tomato salad, leftover steamed pork, brown rice
Snack: Luna bar, peanuts, veggies & dip, olives
The bootcamp classes are at 2 different gyms, and I have taken it for a long time, but the instructor is on vacation these past 2 weeks.

10 min cardio

Hey ya'll! Sorry I've not been around, but I'm having troubles with iVillage. Sometimes it doesn't load pages, other pages' links don't work...I've been so busy with dd that at the end of the day I don't feel like fooling with it. But I've missed you guys and I usually check in until I start to have problems.
I did belly dancing at home, I got a pretty good workout. I did tkd class tonight.
