Man, I have been super-lazy this week. Just really tired, for some reason. Probably a combination of babysitting, stress (my Wednesday family decided that they didn't need me, without any warning (not fired, cuz she immediately asked if I was available in the fall)- and they pay me $120 for a day), my stupid period and the weather. I am going to try to do SOMETHING today.

Breakfast: ww english muffin w/ strawberry preserves and pb

Lunch: yogurt w/ berries, cucumber slices, granola bar

Dinner: Not sure- going out for a Happy Hour this evening, but it's at an expensive place and I don't want to order food there- so must eat something to pad my stomach

I had a fun lunch yesterday. I also went by work to pick up another paycheck and people said I looked really good. :) (Which was very good timing because I had another surgery-related meltdown in the shower that morning.)

Went for a 20 minute walk with DH this morning. My inner thighs still feel like I've squished a truck between them and resting wasn't helping so I thought that a little exercise might. We'll see. Nothing exciting planned for today. I think I'm going to try to clean a little bit. I may also get started on my other continuing ed course - it's a running course. DH and I are having lunch at this cafe up the street that makes paninis but without any added oil or butter. Then we are going to for frozen yogurt but I haven't decided whether I will get something neutral or sinful. We'll probably hibernate tonight - stay in, watch movies and snuggle as much as we possibly can with all of my limitations. :P

what if instead of a date, you leave the baby at your mom's and take a nap together?

I think that's what he has in mind, except no napping...

C'mon now... if you can't count that as exercise, you're not doing it right. :)
