Well, my "cleaning a little bit" turned into full fledged spring cleaning of our entire downstairs. I vaccuumed behind the shutters, vaccuumed the furniture and of course, vaccuumed and mopped the floors. I didn't do too badly so perhaps this forced rest hasn't affected me as badly as I thought it might. My back got a little tired, but it often does when I'm upright for long periods of time since I can't yet assume the shoulders-back-chest-out posture that I prefer. I'm pretty proud of myself for doing so much. I so love kicking back in a *clean* house. DH has promised to clean the upstairs tomorrow. I will note that he stopped me and offered to do the entire house tomorrow because he was afraid of me overdoing it. I did it because I was tired of looking at it, but also because I wanted to contribute a little more. He has done so much for me and on top of his surgery duties, he started a contract project recently so he's had a lot to do.
