Jean, I tried the step mill yesterday.
LOL Jean... Yeah, I think that spam hit a few other boards as well.
I have a few errands to run today and I think I may also do some research about doing more fitness writing. There are quite a few local publications and I'm going to see if they're interested in having an occasional column or columnist.
Breakfast: protein pancakes
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: chicken sate w/peanut sauce, cherries
Snack: frozen yogurt
Dinner: If I feel up to making it (and we have all the stuff), I'll make chile relleno casserole. If not... I don't know what we'll have and I'll have to update later.
I'm sure broth would be a better way to get SOME calories than juice though....Sodium or sugar, take your pick ;)
This morning I did a 45 min step & abs class, followed by 45 min of lower body weights. This evening, I am subbing a 1 hr step & sculpt class.
OH!!!
And that job interview I went for yesterday - not an hour after the interview, she called and hired me!! woohoo! (piano teaching)
Pre-gym: 1/2 a nectarine (most of it was bad), Luna bar
Post-gym: coffee, WW wrap
Lunch: butternut squash soup
Snack: frozen grapes, veggies & dip
Dinner: rice w/chicken and chinese mushrooms
I know you're not a touchy-feely type person so here's a cyberhug for you! I think it's awful to be on a clear liquids diet while one is PMSing. There is something just inherently wrong about that.
But, even though you're irritated, you did make me giggle with your story on the stepmill. Thank goodness my gym is all-women or I'd probably have done the same thing by now too! I love people-watching. Give me a frozen yogurt and nice comfy chair at the mall and I can spend all afternoon there.
I hope your day gets better.
