Hey all! I thought I'd pop in and journal to stay in the habit. I had a major junk food binge last week (well my version of junk - teehee) as I was PMSing. However, i'm back on track. As a matter of fact I discovered we have an online organic wholesale market here. I put my order in online by Tues and on Thurs. I can pick it up at one of 4 locations or have it delivered (for a small fee). I'm so excited about yet another way to indulge my love of food. (Too bad I missed the above mentioned spam. ;->)
I have three classes today: hi/lo & weights; weights; kickboxing. Thank goodness the cardio is minimal. I taught 5 cardio classes Mon. & my calf muscles have been in knots since - doing BodyCombat & Low Impact, then hiking w/ the dog yesterday didn't help. I think I'll have to squeeze some yoga in today to stretch things out.
Breakfast: homemade strawberry-blueberry-multigrain waffles w/ raspberry syrup; rose-green tea
Lunch: veg.-chickpea roti
Supper: lentil burger w/ veggies on ww bun; mango-peach smoothie
Snacks: tortilla chips & salsa; choc. chip cookies (healthy vegan ones ;-P); fresh fruit
I've had the same thing happen or I think guys think I'm checking the out!
No gym for me tonight....dh is working late so I am going to do what I can here at home.
Breakfast: Egg beaters, whole grain bagel, sliced strawberries
Lunch: Brown rice, squash, sliced tomatoes
Dinner: Dh brought in a pizza but I only had 1 slice, and some salad.
