I am SO SORE from yesterday's workouts. This morning I am going to do bootcamp, then a local fast food chinese restaurant (yeah, I know) is giving away free meals all weekend. But heck, it's free food. I teach piano tonight.
Breakfast: blueberry yogurt

Snack: veggies & dip, wrap?
Dinner: leftovers from last night

Today I teach my cardio/ab class... After class I am going to do a little lower body lifting and then some upper tonight with dh.
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Crunch, melon balls, coffee
Snack: Blueberries, almonds
Lunch: Meeting a friend for lunch, so I am not sure ~ probably a salad
Dinner: Chicken, whole wheat pasta and peas tossed in olive oil and garlic
Snack: Carrots, green pepper slices
So far, my friend and I are going......
I am excited too! I am ready to learn some new things and bring it back to class!
I did a 40 minute walk around my neighborhood without my compression garment this morning. Felt pretty good. My morning is free, but my afternoon is kind of busy. I have another follow-up with the PS and then I go to work for 2 hour sessions. It really is nice to be able to ease back into this slowly.
Breakfast: protein pancakes
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: chile relleno casserole, broccoli
Snack: Don't know yet - I'm totally out of protein bars and I have to find something that I can eat on my way to the gym.
Dinner: baked tilapia, salad, protein pudding
