No exercise today. I'm a little sore from my walk yesterday and also work yesterday afternoon. The PS appointment was good. He said everything's healing well and he cleared me to pretty much do any exercise I want but cautioned me to take it very slowly. I don't think I'm ready for weight training yet, as anxious as I am to get back into it. I have to let my common sense overrule my ambition here. I think I've decided to step up the cardio a bit next week and see how that goes.

I think I may go do some shopping this morning. I'm not really ready yet for "fun" shopping but I need a few more things that are comfortable to wear. I think I've decided to only buy stretchy things since there is a bit of false advertising with this garment and I want the clothes to still fit when I stop wearing the garment altogether. I also think that mentally I need a boost.

Will have to update food as right now I have no idea for our plan for the day. I've actually been doing my high protein thing this week and it's gone pretty well so far. When I do this, I usually have a cheat day or meal so I'm not sure if I'll do this today or tomorrow.

Well, of course I was hoping they'd be ginormous and I'd have no choice to run out and buy all new things. :P But that isn't what happened. A few things are a little big (but not big enough to justify replacing) but for the most part, things just lay a lot nicer and I don't feel stuffed into my clothes.

The problem I'm having is that when I wear my garment underneath my clothes, the pants will ride up pretty high because the garment is lyra so the pants slide way up. When I sit down, the pants (unless they're stretchy) are murder on the "girl parts" as Jen says and it's super uncomfortable. I often wear my clothes this way anyway since I have a pretty high waist, but it's not an option for now since I'm still a little swollen south of the bellybutton. I have some really cute jean capri pants and if I'm standing up, they're fine but if I sit down... oowwie.

Just have a noonhour Step/Sculpt class to teach today, then #1 Son and I are off to enjoy samplings of amateur theatrics in the great outdoors (festival of live theatre going on right now). May have hubby join us after he gets off work to go check out some of the actual productions being put on.

Breakfast: slice of banana bread; fresh fruit; hot lemon water; rose-green tea

Lunch: probably something from the vegan coffeehouse as its just across from the Square we're the festival is centred

Supper: no clue - depends on whether we make a day of the festival or not

Snacks: fresh fruit (got $40 worth from the organic grocer so I'll be eating plenty); maybe some ww pita w/ roasted red pepper hummus

You must have a better supplier of fresh organic produce than I do. I just spent over $20 on cherries at Whole Foods and that'll last about two days for me.
