My computer's hard drive is toast - going to bf's tonight to see if he can recover the data and install a new drive..I am posting on my mom's boat anchor computer so bear with me!

Breakfast: blueberry yogurt, wrap
Lunch: lemon butter pan seared scallops, roasted veggies
Snack: peanuts, frozen grapes, chili-parmesan popcorn
Dinner: ???

I did BOSU bootcamp and spin this morning, and this afternoon I will try to read a bit to try to stave off the shakes I'll get from computer and Gym Rat withdrawal :)

My groin really hurts today so I just did 30 min on the rbike and shoulders. I did my knocked up woman yoga dvd this afternoon to try to make my back and groin feel better. It worked a little bit. If i feel better I'll go to tkd tonight.
