It's ridiculously hot here too, but funny, I still feel like eating. I don't think my appetite ever goes away. :P

I walked for an hour this morning. I can tell I'm out of shape because my heart rate got relatively high but it was still a comfortable pace. The morning was almost relatively decent because we had crazy storms yesterday so it was cool and breezy for about half my walk.

Not a lot of plans today except that DH and I are going out for lunch and frozen yogurt. I'm also going to raid his underwear drawer. My underwear is just getting uncomfortable since it lays right on top of my suture lines. DH wears boxer briefs so I'm going to steal a pair of his and wear 'em today. If they do the job, I'll go buy my own. :)

Breakfast: egg scramble, microwaved frozen pineapple w/splenda (still pouting over my fruit :)

Lunch: Taco del Mar burrito bowl, frozen yogurt

Snack: protein shake

Dinner: Will have to update...

For the record though, just because I don't FEEL like eating doesn't mean I'm not doing my share of eating!

My computer is still sickie, but bf lent me an old laptop of his, so I'm pretty good to go!

I am going to have lunch soon, then go to the gym for 20 min of treadmill and upper body (chest/back). Tonight I have a piano lesson and then I play piano at a memorial service.

Breakfast: iced nonfat latte, fruit & cheese plate from Starbucks

will update on food later.

I did 15 min on eliptical, yoga class, 15 min on bike this morning. This afternoon I had my 30 week ob visit and I'm horrified to say that I am now on bedrest. ME! I can't handle not exercising or even moving. I was on the couch for an hour and I was already fidgiting and complaining about being bored. I was itching to clean something, chase something, or just do something. Sorry I'm complaining, Im just really bummed out right now. On top of not being able to do anything I have to sit around and worry about a preterm baby. Ugh! Why can't men be pregnant instead?

That's the tricky part. I have to watch the kids and be on bedrest. All my friends work, and my family lives to far away. I would probably go into full blown labor if I had to watch my kids and my mother too. So, I'll make do. Dh is really supportive and his job is pretty flexible. He will be able to work from home some, take off work some, and check on me often. We'll see how it goes. I'm hoping that next week the doctor takes me off bedrest and puts me on limited activity so that I can take care of the kids, at least.

Girl, I feel ya! Just keep in mind that this is TEMPORARY and you will return to gymrat-dom soon. In the meantime, I'll do some cardio for you.

*hugs* You'll get through this.
