Lower Body today
Breakfast - oatmeal, berries, eggs
snack - plums, decaf coffee
lunch - fish, sugar snap peas, salad with olive oil & vinegar
snack - cabbage
dinner - chicken, veggies
I stopped taking my happy pills a few weeks ago because I thought I was over the ppd.

I've read there are effects after stopping some of those happy pills, too.
I have kind of a long day today. I've got 3 clients this morning and I'm planning to get on the elliptical again. I'll come home to shower and have lunch and then it's back to work for a meeting and two more clients.
Breakfast: protein pancakes
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: chicken and tofu in peanut sauce, pineapple?
Snack: detour bar
Dinner: chicken pesto pizza, broccoli, protein pudding
I have just about NOTHING to eat in the house - may have to pop over to the store to pick up something. Doing upper body boot camp this morning and then teaching piano.
Breakfast: blueberry yogurt, wrap (still got those at least)
Lunch: grilled pepper steak, roasted broccoli, viet rolls
Snack: iced latte, hopefully the fruit & cheese plate
Dinner: still dunno
