Lower Body today
Breakfast - oatmeal, berries, eggs
snack - plums, decaf coffee
lunch - fish, sugar snap peas, salad with olive oil & vinegar
snack - cabbage
dinner - chicken, veggies
I stopped taking my happy pills a few weeks ago because I thought I was over the ppd.

Millcreek, I hope its just tom and that you can get through this. Taking happy pills suck...I know I was there a while back.
I did leg circles, ankle circles, wrist circles just to get the blood flowing. I cheated and did calf raises while I brushed my teeth. Hey, I had to stand up anyway, right?
Food: I'm subjected to dh's food choices, fastfood, pizza, doughnuts...maybe I'll eat so much junk that I'll never want to eat it again! there is wishful thinking.
Workout hard for me gals!

iVillage's Weight Loss Coach, Jonny Bowden, suggested that I take some supplements to help with my ppd since I wasn't comfortable taking Zoloft.
